At Wyuna Ave, space isn’t just occupied—it’s orchestrated. This home offered us the opportunity to explore light, silence, and proportion as living elements. Every render was built around the question: how does space feel when it breathes?
We leaned into long sightlines, generous glazing, and quiet tonal harmony to emphasize clarity. The light is not dramatic—it’s calm, steady, coastal. It spills across polished floors and textured walls, softening edges and inviting stillness.
Material choices were expressed with restraint: sandy stone, pale timber, brushed metals. Each was treated in 3D with care—subtle reflections, imperfect textures, nuanced shadows—to echo the real-world tactility that designers intended.
